If the inflatables you choose is IN STOCK, we will arrange delivery within 48 to 72 hours. If the inflatables is OUT OF STOCK, we will contact you for other models or refund. You’d better contact us about all details before you make payment.  For most countries, we will use DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX. They may take 3 to 15 days usually.

If you have shipping forwarder in China, we can help to send the goods to your forwarder’s warehouse.

Our inflatable products warranty period is 2 years usually. And the inflatables come with a repair kit, in case there is any damage caused by sharp items, customer can repair it by patch, needle and thread for Oxford cloth products.

No returns are accepted. If you insist on returning the goods, please let us know within 2 working days of receipt of the goods and ensure that the goods are 100% unused. The buyer shall bear the return freight.

1. Unfold the structure install it on a flat and tender surface with a safety distance all around 2 meters minimum.
2. Stretch the inflation tube and attach it to the end of the blower. The inflation tube should be straight and untwisted.
3. Turn on the power. The structure inflates quickly. The blower must stay on all the time while using the product.
4. Firmly push the stakes into the ground at the straps located at the base of the inflatable structure to maintain the structure during use.

1. When using the product, it can be used after being inflated for about 15 minutes to ensure safety. Do not use the leaked or damaged product.
2. Before using the product, please remove the sharp objects or objects that will cause damage to the product to avoid unnecessary losses.
3. Close watch children when using the product. Take off the shoes and all sharp items before playing. The maximum use time of the air blower should not be more than 10 hours.
4. If don’t use it for a long time, please package it well.
5. Storage temperature is generally -40 to +40 degrees Celsius.
6. In the same time, pay attention to rodent control insects.
